Friedman was presented the prestigious AMO award at the IREM Michigan Chapter Inaugural Gala held on December 9, 2022, at The Whiskey Factory in Detroit. The celebration honors those who have truly made a difference during the past year by adding value to their workplaces and the properties they manage. Tracy Brown, Friedman’s Senior Managing Director of Multi-Family Property Management, accepted the award on behalf of Friedman. At the Gala, Brown was also inaugurated as Treasurer for the organization’s Board of Directors. The chapter serves commercial real estate professionals in the Metro Detroit and southeast Michigan area.
